Goodwill Industries of Michiana, Inc., works with the WorkOne centers in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall, and Fulton counties to provide a full range of employment services for individuals with disabilities and/or economic/social barriers to employment. Services include assessments, evaluations, job readiness classes, resume and cover letter development, job placement, job coaching, as well as job retention services. In addition, Adult Basic Education and GED services are offered in co-operation with the South Bend Community School Corporation.

An individual does not need to be referred by another agency to access these services, however, there are qualifying requirements that must be met. Click here for details on adult services available under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).

If an individual does not meet the qualification requirements for Adult Services, the WorkOne Centers still have a lot to offer the job seeker.
